Policies:

• Maximum of 2 pets per RV site

• Pets must be on leash or in temporary enclosure when outdoors

• Must keep site/park clean from droppings

• Do not leave pets tethered on leash, chain, or in a pen outside overnight or when you are absent from the site

• The same rules apply for cats and dogs. Cats are inside pets only. If outside, they must be leashed and with the owner at all times

AGGRESSIVE DOGS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

These rules promote cleanliness within the park as well as respect for others also staying in the park. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to loss of partial/total deposit and/or expulsion from park.

Water in the park is provided by the local water district. This ensures high quality potable water for our customers, as well as an abundant supply for household/RV needs.

A water pressure regulator is highly encouraged for all RVs to ensure pressure does not exceed RV manufacturer limits.

A positive sewer seal at both ends of hose is required. Texas law requires that a sewer hose must be fastened with approved connector or a rubber donut.

No objects can be flushed into the septic system including tissue, disposable diapers, wipes, paper towel, napkins, tampons, cotton balls/pads, condoms, grease, coffee grounds, food or any other product that is not septic grade approved.

***Very important for cleanliness, odors, and to maintain the good and safe functioning of the system**

Two vehicles are allowed per RV site if your space will accommodate it. However vehicles must be parked parallel to the RV and out of main drives so as not to block traffic on main drive.

There are no laundry facilities on-site and clothes lines are not allowed. Laundry will need to be done inside your RV if equipped with washer/dryer or at at a nearby commercial laundromat.

Benefits to commercial laundry service site:

• Larger facility

• More washer/dryer units

• Run multiple loads simultaneously

• On site dry cleaning

Dumpsters located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged and tied, boxes need to be broken down.

DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV.

If dumpsters need attention please notify manager.

Cleanliness of the park is important to both us and respectful to your neighbors. Keep sites clean and orderly as determined by management.

10 PM to 7 AM

Please be considerate of other. No loud music or disruptive noise at any time

NO:

• Disorderly Conduct

• Drunkenness

• Illegal Drugs

• Obscene language

• Obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior

Violation of the code of conduct will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

Space heaters are not allowed, no cheater boxes or pigtails allowed.

Surge protectors are highly recommended to help protect the electrical systems of your RV.

RV Park is not responsible for any electrical components on your RV.

Fireworks are not allowed in the park.

No open display of firearms

Washing of personal vehicles in the park is prohibited.

However:

Washing of RV to keep it clean and in good repair is required.

A $150.00 security deposit is required for each rental space. This will be fully refunded upon departure from the park IF:

• No damages to site have occurred

• 7 days notice of departure has been given

Refunds will be via Zelle or by check.
